Confidentiality Protocol

To guarantee maximum security and the absolute exclusivity of your image, our atelier applies a unique confidentiality protocol:

• Protected Processing (Off-line): The digital optimization and study of the photographs taken during the session on Lake Garda take place exclusively on a dedicated workstation and computer, totally isolated and never connected to the internet. This completely eliminates any risk of cyber piracy or unauthorized distribution.

• Permanent Deletion: Upon completion of the portrait on canvas and once the painting is fully dry, all temporary digital files derived from the shooting are permanently deleted from our computer systems.

• Exclusive Ownership and Physical Delivery: You will be the sole and legitimate owners of the images. Upon your explicit request, all original shots will not be transmitted via email or cloud services, but will be physically delivered to you, stored inside the original memory card (SD) used in the camera during the session. The card will be safely housed inside the protective wooden crate along with your completed painting.
