1. The Private Photography Session on the Lake
A private session will be held directly at your hotel, within its private gardens or grounds. You may request your Concierge or General Manager to contact us to arrange every single detail. To the extraordinary professionalism of your hotel, we will add authentic Italian taste to make your vacation truly unforgettable. Alternatively, the session can take place at an iconic spot of your choice along Lake Garda, should you desire a specific landscape as the background for your portrait. During this meeting, we will give shape to your wishes regarding the materials and the execution technique of the artwork. We will conduct a dedicated photography session to gather the visual references necessary to develop the portrait within our studio. For any vision, inspiration, or bespoke request, contact us and it will be fulfilled.
2. The Selection of Materials
Together, we will select the ideal technique—whether oil, acrylic, or mixed media—the grain of the canvas, and the materials depending on your desired aesthetic effect. Leonardo's "Mona Lisa", for instance, was painted on a premium poplar wood panel. Dimensions, the type of custom stretcher bars, and whether you prefer a classic frame or a magnificent pure gold leaf background—we will give total expression to your inspiration and desires.
For the choice of the frame, which is deeply tied to your interior decor, taste, and personal style, you can rely on your trusted framer. If you do not have a dedicated professional, we will gladly put you in touch with one of our master artisans once the artwork is completed.
3. Creation in the Atelier
In my studio, photography comes to life and transforms into fine art painting. I use only the highest quality canvases and selected premium pigments to guarantee a high-end artwork designed to endure through generations.
4. An Exclusive Distance Experience
You will be able to follow the birth of your painting wherever you are in the world. Through private updates and video calls on a dedicated line, I will show you the progress of the work, sharing the unique emotion of seeing the canvas take shape day after day.

5. Logistics and Insured International Shipping
Once the artwork is completed and the necessary time for the perfect drying of the oil colors has passed, the painting is prepared for its journey. Each canvas is hand-packed inside protective security crates, custom-made to preserve the absolute integrity of the painting.
We ship worldwide, relying exclusively on elite express couriers (such as DHL or UPS) with full insurance coverage matching the value of the artwork.
Note on costs and customs: To ensure maximum transparency, the shipping quotation and any customs clearance management for non-EU countries (such as the United States or the United Kingdom) will be calculated and detailed directly in the initial quote, based on your country of residence. You will receive a dedicated tracking code to follow the journey of your portrait until delivery.

Confidentiality Protocol
To guarantee maximum security and the absolute exclusivity of your image, our atelier applies a unique confidentiality protocol:
Protected Processing (Off-line): The digital optimization and study of the photographs taken during the session on Lake Garda take place exclusively on a dedicated workstation and computer, totally isolated and never connected to the internet. This completely eliminates any risk of cyber piracy or unauthorized distribution.
Permanent Deletion: Upon completion of the portrait on canvas and once the painting is fully dry, all temporary digital files derived from the shooting are permanently deleted from our computer systems.
Exclusive Ownership and Physical Delivery: You will be the sole and legitimate owners of the images. Upon your explicit request, all original shots will not be transmitted via email or cloud services, but will be physically delivered to you, stored inside the original memory card (SD) used in the camera during the session. The card will be safely housed inside the protective wooden crate along with your completed painting.
